I'm 30 years old and starting a blog for my friends and family to follow my adventures. I've quit my job (again) to go and travel. It was initially a plan of India for some yoga training and then on wards to New Zealand for 12 months. But plans change and it looks like I'll be continuing my adventure in Asia for the foreseeable future. I wanted to document my feelings and perceptions as I travel. Having had a really bad bout of anxiety in June 2019, I found that as I travelled it helped if I wrote about it which lead me onto the idea of creating a blog.
